We help our clients improve their business through change, process improvement, and skills development. With over thirty years of business leadership, Will Limkemann is a success-driven advisor whose goal is to identify the challenges facing small and midsize businesses, and bring to these businesses tailored solutions to help them meet their goals. He provides professional advice coupled with hands-on assistance.

• Business Leader. Will Founded and ran a software company for seventeen years. Company was recognized as a Weatherhead 100 fast growing company. He has served as Chief Operating Officer for two Cleveland area companies.
• Business Plan Writer, Will has written business plans resulting in multi-million dollar acquisitions, and a plan that won an award in the Cleveland Business Plan Challenge.
• Author. Will wrote a technical book published by Prentice Hall titled "Application Programming in CTOS", and has authored numerous articles.
• Speaker. Will has spoken at conferences and seminars throughout the US, Europe and Africa, including a recent seminar on documenting business processes at the Small Business Conference, and has led seminars at the Corporate College.
• Civic Leader. Will is a long-time member of COSE (Council for Smaller Enterprises), and is the chairman of the 2008 Small Business Conference. He serves on the board of the Noteworthy Federal Credit Uion. Will is a long time member of Lakewood Presbyterian Church where he is president of the board of trustees, and chair of the finance ministry.
• Entrepreneurs Club Leader. Will founded and presides over the West Shore Entrepreneurs Club.
• Accreditation. Will is internationally credentialed as a business advisor through his accreditation as an Associate of the Institute for Independent Business.

A graduate of the College of Wooster, Will is a thirty-year resident of Bay Village, where he lives with his wife, Peg. He is active in NEOSA, COSE, the Westshore Chamber of Commerce, North Coast Chamber of Commerce, and Lakewood Presbyterian Church.
